Rules For Cherished Kingdom
NO PUBLIC PROFANITY IN-GAME & ON FORUMS. We DO have younger people on our shard already and, as a moral obligation on my part, I have to insist that no profanity(obvious or implied) comes through our public chat system, Game or Forums.
This same rule applies to abusive language directed at another player. We want our young people especially to feel comfortable here.
We have a Speech Cop Jailing System that will do what needs to be done to keep it clean and fun for all.
Also. do not harass other players. If you have a situation, remove yourself from it. Harassment is interpreted as interfering with another persons gameplay. We will make a determination if the dispute cannot be resolved in any other fashion.
No racial remarks, or unacceptable names.
Your character name will be changed if deemed unacceptable. Please don't let it come to us, you may not like our judgment call.
In Forums, the same things mentioned still apply.
We reserve the right to delete posts that are not clean and decent.
Multiple offenses will result in your right to posting in the Forums being blocked.
Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse!
Also, never, ever, ever, go to another freeshard and advertise this shard to players on that shard! I do, however, encourage you to use other legal means to tell people about our shard. More Players=More Fun! You can use public contacts such as e-mails, ICQ, MSN Messenger, etc. to communicate and recruit people.
If you have a friend in Ultima Online that might be interested in keeping their money in pocket, tell them about our shard, but not inside the Game of UO.
If you are solicited in this manner by anyone inside our game, whether it is open chat, or a PM, or in any other means of contact inside the game, it is imperative that you let us know immediately so that we may take action against the person and/or their shard.
We are a PVE shard there is no PKING allowed thats a bannable Offence. So that menas you are not to camp somewhere and kill another Innocent player for no reason or just becouse you feel like it!
PVP is allowed as long as both players have Agreed.
There is a Duel System which can be used to fight and is considered Consented PVP.
Factions are allowed and that is NOT considered PKING.
No taking someones elses kills. Champ Spawns are considered someone else's kills if there occupied. So please have respect for other players that are doing champs. If you go to a champ and its in use go find another or wait your turn.
No harrasing other players verbably or other wise intrefering with their game play.
Exploiting a bug is bannable.(no excuses,no warning).
Do not argue over chat. If you must vent to someone, meet them somewhere and talk it out.
Do not ask for staff over our chat system. Page if you have a problem.
Do not ask to be staff.
Any new staff will be taken from player base.
Accounts not accessed in 30 days will be deleted unless staff is notified of your absence.
Everyone makes a mistake in picking skills. The fix is to delete a character and make a new one.
DO NOT ask staff to adjust them for you!
Accounts not being played will be deleted. Logging in and out once a week and so forth will not constitute play time.
We allow 1 accounts per Ip address, But if another is needed please contact staff.
